Q: Who may attend CityClub forums?

A: Almost all CityClub forums are open to the general public. People in our CityClub Network and their guests receive discounted tickets. CityClub also holds quarterly Network Only events, as a benefit for our Network members. These are closed to the general public; click here to learn more about joining the Network!

Q: How do I make reservations?

A: You can make a reservation online or via phone. Please do not reserve by email. We highly recommend registering in advance - we often close registration the day before an event is scheduled to take place, and cannot guarantee walk-in tickets will be available.

Q: What time should I show up?

A: The event start times listed here on the website are always the time when registration opens - which is when we suggest you visit the registration table. Unless otherwise noted, the event itself will begin 30 minutes after that.

Q: What type of payment does CityClub accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check and cash. If you would like to pay at the door, we require a credit card to hold your space. If you wish to send a check please reserve your space in advance by calling 206.682.7395. We request that all payment arrive no later than three days prior to the event.

Q: How can I cancel my reservation?

A: You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to three business days prior to any event. Due to the advance planning needs of the venues where we hold our events, there is no cancellation for refund after that time. You are free to send a replacement when you are not able to attend.

Q: What if I come late?

A: We ask that if you expect to be late to a forum, please call in advance so that we can hold your seat. Unless notifed, meals are forfeited after 12:30 p.m.

Q: Does CityClub validate parking for events?

A: CityClub does not validate parking. For events at Town Hall, the venue provides discounts for the Washington State Convention and Trade Center Main Garage. Ask at the registration desk for a voucher.

Q: Can I come to a forum without paying for a lunch?

A: Yes! At most CityClub forums (with a few exceptions including our annual fundraiser gala and Signature Series events) we reserve some space for those who wish to come for coffee & dessert only. Pricing is as follows: CityClub Network members - $12.00, Guests & Co-presenters - $15.00, General Public - $18.00. These seats are limited, so please make reservations online or by phone.

A: Anyone can become a CityClub member, by joining our Network. For more information, and to apply, visit our Network page.

A: Selecting and planning each CityClub forum is the responsibility of CityClub's forum Committee and various Task Forces. Learn more about these committees
