CityClub is proud to announce community leader, Judge Anne Levinsonm (Ret.), as the first recipient of the Nancy Nordhoff Civic Leadership Award!

CityClub’s annual Gala is our largest signature program and our only fundraising event of the year. Join us for this milestone 30th Anniversary dinner celebration! We’ll toast our founders, present the first annual Nancy Nordhoff Leadership Award to community leader Anne Levinson, and enjoy reserved premier seating for A Conversation with General Colin Powell.

About General Colin Powell and It Worked For Me
Four-star general and former Secretary of State Colin Powell reveals the unique lessons that have shaped his life and legendary career in public service.  It Worked For Me begins with Powell’s “Thirteen Rules” – notes he gathered over the years that now form the basis of his leadership presentations given throughout the world.  Among these rules are “Get mad, then get over it,” “Share credit,” and “Remain calm. Be kind.”  To illustrate these rules, Powell shares personal stories that introduce and expand upon his principles for effective leadership: conviction, hard work, and, above all, respect for others.
