Andrew is the newest member of the CityClub team. He is quickly settling into his role as Master of Memberships and IT Innovator.  Andrew graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle with the school's first Bachelors Degree in Web Design.  He enjoys anything creative and his hobbies include gaming, cooking (and eating!), and watches.
Angela Chapman

Angela Chapman
Development & Marketing Manager

Angela is thrilled to be a part of CityClub through her role with sponsors, donors, and marketing.  She has over 5 years of Fund Development experience and is a recent graduate from the University of Washington Certificate Program in Fundraising Management.  Angela also serves on the board of Construction for Change, a non-profit that provides building infrastructure for economic, medical and educational growth in developing countries.  Angela enjoys traveling, running and spending time with her family.

Diane Douglas
Executive Director

Diane Douglas is Executive Director of CityClub where she leads strategic planning, fund development, and organizational administration and supervises the management of operations and programs. Diane is a writer and kayaker and serves on the boards of regional organizations supporting the humanities and leadership/community development.

Jessica Jones
Program & Operations Manager

Jessica has been with CityClub since 2005 where much of her work focuses on guiding the all-volunteer programming committees in the creation of programs and other initiatives. In addition to HR and Operations tasks, she also aides in forming the strategic vision for CityClub. Jessica is in the 2011 graduating class for Leadership Tomorrow and proudly serves on the Board of Powerful Voices, a local nonprofit working to improve the lives of adolescent girls in our community.

Lilah Steece

Lilah Steece
Community Outreach & Program Coordinator

Lilah stewards the Co-presenter program at CityClub, building connections between our organizational partners and their constituents and the many programs hosted at CityClub throughout the year. She also enjoys connecting with the Network as the voice of CityClub’s social media and though her coordination of volunteers, interns and at events. Outside of CityClub, Lilah is a Founding Director of Sapience Dance Collective, a modern dance company and of SoundTradingCo.com, an online store for NW art and environmental gifts.
